REGISTRATION
Late breaking abstracts are accepted—from 20 April to 13 May—exclusively as poster presentations. You may submit an abstract through your personal mySHVM2011 page after registering.
To attend the SHVM 2011 you need to register through this page; this applies to all participants, including members of the organising committee as well as invited speakers. Upon registration you will be issued a personal reference number, with which you may access your own mySHVM2011 page. Through this personal page, you will be able to:
- Submit an abstract (if you did not do so during the registration procedure). Abstracts should be submitted by the presenting author.
- Edit a submitted abstract (until 1 April).
- Register an accompanying person. N.B. Accompanying persons should not process an autonomous registration.
- Process your payment, if applicable.
- Access a direct link to the Hotel for booking your accommodation at reduced rates.
